Also, many times Ryan would go to a home and do a video walk through for us - this was extremely valuable and helpful! Ryan's attention to detail and total understanding of us was what made this hard process almost easy. Suzanne's attention to detail allowed us to not worry about the details. during the offer and purchase processes. Together Ryan and Suzanne are a great team and an extreme pleasure to work with.

They worked flawlessly to help me find my first house and meet all the requirements. After 2 weeks working with them. And looking at only 7 houses in person, they were able to narrow every detail down to the exact house I wanted AND GOT!
  After finding the house, the due diligence process went great. They were with me every step of the way. Answered all my questions, and gave me the best insight as a first time home buyer.
